Why it’s almost great (but not quite)

The magnificent two-bedroom apartment was nearly 3000 ft², offering an immersive experience of historic Italy right from the comfort of our stay. Francesco provided exceptional assistance, ensuring we felt at home throughout our visit.

Accessing the apartment involved a large step, which might pose challenges for those with mobility issues. Additionally, the lack of grab rails in the shower required us to seek extra support promptly.

The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities needed for our stay. We appreciated the washing machine, making laundry easy. However, the bedding could be improved. a flat sheet and slightly heavier comforter would enhance comfort.

We enjoyed a pleasant two-night stay in a spacious superior apartment. The air conditioning could have been better, especially in the heat. Francesco was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs, making our experience enjoyable. Future guests should consider requesting additional fans for comfort.

I stayed in the Apartment, Split Level for one night and it was awesome! Super spacious with a nice kitchen, and the AC was a lifesaver in the heat. Loved how secure the building felt too. The location? Perfect for walking to major attractions! Definitely would recommend!

Reduced parking rates with a nearby garage make it easier to manage your ride in the city. The two-bedroom apartment layout feels spacious, which is great for families, with a functional kitchen perfect for meal prep.

Lack of soundproof windows results in street noise infiltrating the apartment, which could disturb light sleepers. Be cautious if you're staying in lower units with steep stairs. they might not be suitable for young kids or anyone with mobility limitations. A few basic cleaning supplies could enhance longer stays, considering some apartments can accommodate larger groups.

Great location, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, but breakfast options could improve.

The vibe of the apartment really brings out the charm of Florence, especially with the cozy decor and clean setup. I also loved the calming foot and back massages available on-site. The only small drawback was that the balcony felt a bit cramped for two, but having that extra outdoor space was still a nice touch. 😊

We had an amazing experience at Palazzo D'Ambra Residenza D'Epoca! The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, fit for our family, and the location couldn’t be better—just a stone's throw from the Duomo. Plus, having a washer and dryer in the unit made our travels a breeze!
